Readings for next week, I've decided to change the topic for next week's readingand discussion from "Science and Visuality" to "Understanding Comics." Below are a few essays I would like you to read from a variety of online sources, on eis from the introduction to a "Best of" book another is from a review. They are all relatively short. Excerpt from "Undertstanding Comics" by Scott McCloud
I want you to read in depth on three different comics artists, read all of the excerpts at the two following links. It may look like alot but they're comic they don't take so long to read. These websites also have info on their bios and bibliographies if you want some optional background reading.
